Two projects of the same size can cost very differently depending on whether the material is vinyl tile, vermiculite, or pipe wrap, because each requires a different level of containment. Knowing which material you are dealing with, through testing, is what turns a wide guess into an accurate written quote.
The ranges above are a starting point. Your written quote reflects the material, area, and access specific to your property, not a generic estimate.
Popcorn ceilings, vermiculite, tile, and pipe wrap all have different cost drivers, so we price each on its own terms.
Every quote follows a free on-site assessment, so pricing reflects your actual project, not a generic estimate.
Every job's scope and pricing is set out in writing before work begins – no surprise add-ons.
We inspect the material and area in question at no cost.
If the material hasn't been confirmed yet, we test it before quoting removal.
You receive a written quote with the scope and price before any work is scheduled.
Once approved, we schedule the removal at a time that works for you.
Each material has its own cost drivers, not one flat rate.
